2017 Fall Conference Registration is OPEN!
Registration opens today for our 2017 Fall Conference: Solving the AfterSchool Puzzle – One Quality Piece at a Time
The 2017 MdAA Fall Conference will be a little different this year. Participants can still expect high quality workshops and opportunities to network with colleagues, but they will happen in a new location and on a weekday this year.
Due to policy changes and construction at Howard Community College, we are no longer able to hold the conference there. Over the summer our conference committee investigated many options, finally settling the Rockville Campus of Johns Hopkins University. In order to keep costs down for those of you attending the conference, we found it necessary to reserve Tuesday, October 17th, rather than our usual Saturday. While we realize this means that programs will not be able to send a large number of staff to the conference, we hope that you will work to find creative ways to allow some staff to attend who can then come back and share what they have learned.
If the cost of the conference is a challenge, remember that anyone holding a Maryland Child Care Credential at Level 2 or higher is eligible to apply for a voucher or reimbursement from the Credential system.
